$5000 can mean the difference between life or death for a person with Type 1 Diabetes. Help us save lives, by doing 500 to 1500 reps from 1 – 30 April 2021.

It costs us $5000 to provide an annual DANII Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) Scholarship. This life-saving technology is vital to DANII’s mission to end “Dead in Bed” syndrome. Read more about our story here.

You’ll be challenged to do 5-15 reps of push-ups, lunges, squats, or sit-ups daily, 5 days per week. This allows 2 rest days of your choosing.

BONUS: We will even provide healthy T1- friendly snack recipes to fuel your workout!

Choose your preferred workout challenge level:

Beginner – start at 5 reps of each exercise per day, 25 reps/day. Total: 500 reps!
Intermediate – start at 10 reps of each exercise per day, 50 reps/day. Total: 1000 reps!
Advanced – start at 15 reps of each exercise per day, 75 reps/day. Total: 1500 reps!

Finding it too easy? Each day add 1 rep to your challenge to reach the next level!

The more Facebook/Instagram worthy snaps you take, the higher your chances of being in the running for our special Photo Challenge prize!
We will also have major prizes for the individuals and groups with the highest fundraising totals.

T&C* You can complete your exercises any time of the day or place of your choosing. These exercises are intended for participants 16yrs and over.
We will provide instructional videos to help you work out safely, please consult your medical practitioner to confirm whether this challenge is suitable for you.
